Certificate Disclaimer:

The actual CPR First Aid certificate from us and sole purpose of the certificate is to verify that to best of our knowledge; the user (purchaser) has successfully completed our online course. The certificate doesn’t represent sufficient knowledge of the user, warrants or guaranty that the purchaser is properly prepared or equipped for first aid assistance or cpr performance. The sole purpose of the ncprc.com is to provide education to the student-user, relying on generally accepted scientific guidelines. Our website certificate does not warrant, guaranty or represent; explicitly or implicitly, that its certificate will comply with user’s or third party standards or requirements. It is students, user’s sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the requirements of any regulatory or licensing body, employer or agency.

We do not offer or purport to offer legal advice. All or any legal questions should be referred to an attorney. State “Good Samaritan” laws may provide rescuers with legal protection if the rescuer acts in good faith and is not guilty of gross negligence or reckless or willful misconduct. The scope of protection afforded by these laws varies from state to state; the rescuer should be familiar with the laws of any state in which she/he is rendering assistance.

Dissatisfaction- Refund

If you require order replacement for any reason other than due to an error caused by us, a replacement fee in the amount of 20% of original order fee shall apply and must be remitted before replacement is issued.In the event that ncprc.com certification does not comply with the client’s certification requirements (e.g., is not acceptable to the student’s academic institution or place of employment,) ncprc.com agrees to issue a full refund provided the following conditions are met:

A. Client submits request for a refund in writing within 14 calendar days of registration by email.

B. Said request must be accompanied by a copy of certification from an alternate facility dated within 14 days of the request for a refund.

C. Exceptions to items A&B above may be granted at sole discretion of ncprc.com

The refund of the client’s registration fee will be issued by the same method as the original payment was made. Although every effort is made to issue refunds promptly, it may take up to 30 business days for the refund to post to the client’s account. Ncprc.com reserves the right to deny any request for a refund which it determines in good faith is fraudulent or otherwise intended to abuse.. Ncprc.com determination shall be final. If you are dissatisfied with the material or the website for any reason, then your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue accessing and using the Ncprc.com web site.

Force majeure

We shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure or any events outside its control.

No Reliance

You should not solely rely on the Material, but should instead seek other opinions before taking or failing to take any action which could lead to injury, harm, death or damage of any kind. First Aid and Cpr/AED procedures should be performed only on persons who require them and generally under the supervision of a licensed professional. Do not attempt or practice these techniques on anyone that does not need them. Performing these procedures on anyone not needing them could result in serious injury or death. These procedures will not save everyone even when they are properly performed. CPR, First Aid and AED instruction and practices should not be viewed by children, or any one with mental disability or adults who will not fully understand the course materials and their potential consequence


If any provision or provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable or in conflict with the law of any jurisdiction, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

Mandatory Arbitration, Limitation of Remedies and Damages

Any controversy, claim, disagreement or dispute of any kind relating to this agreement, the material, the use of this website or the use or the failure to properly use the material or this website, or any act or omission attributable in whole or in part to the material or this website shall be subject to mandatory binding arbitration pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Material, the use of this website or the use or the failure to properly use the Material or this website, or any act or omission attributable in whole or in part to the Material or this website shall be venued in the County San Diego, State of California. Construction of This Agreement

The language of all parts of this Agreement shall in all cases be construed as a whole, according to its fair meaning, and not strictly for or against any party. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to conflicts of law rules.
