Someone you love and care about may be at risk for heart attack, you can help by learning CPR online to show how much you care.
Make it possible for him or her to get screened by cardiovascular health institution, and get your certificate in cpr, give your loved one peace of mind.
Certified cpr training is a perfect way to give the gift of life to that someone.

  2. And what works for me is my Cookie Monster whom has opened up a new world to me but just like you said; nothing lasts for ever not unless you make it happen and aviod cookie jar to be empty to a point where you will get used to no cookies and it will only become a past memory. Very painful but nothing new in my life considering my lemon luck and no medicine for it. Miss you more than ever. M.

    BROKEN HEART..
Among many heart illnesses you been told about, one condition you don’t hear about in doctor’s office is a “Broken Heart”.
Intense emotional pain one feels after losing a loved one, whether through departing, divorce or breakup.
Thing that one will have to consider is, that all we love would one day go away. Sooner or later you may have to deal with broken heart.
Make no mistake about it, broken heart is not just a phrase or metaphor, it is a real medical condition also known as “Broken Heart Syndrome”.
Heart’s reaction to surge of stress hormones manifesting in sudden chest pain or shortens of breath that mimics a real heart attack.
So, how do you deal with broken heart syndrome, is there quick remedy or standard treatment for this medical condition.
Most likely your doctor will prescribe medication for you to take or you may find more traditional approach that works for you.
Don’t be surprised when I tell you what works for me is a cookie. Special, unique, one of a kind cookie made of secret
ingredients. Please don’t ask for recipe as there is only one person in the world that knows what secret is .
